Q: What is the difference between clickcreations and all the other 'create yourself a website' services out there?
Since 2002 we have been helping small to medium sized enterprises with their website needs.  As a small business ourself we recognise that neither time nor money are always on our side.  Our clickcreations package are designed with this in mind.  They are affordable, but we also aim to make them less time consuming than the DIY websites on the market.  We also try to trim back a lot of the superfluous features that make most content management systems too complex for the average user.  At clickcreations our moto is "we create - you update" because we create you the website, then you can conviently change the content you need to change, when you need to change it.

Q: Is it hard to update my new site? Do I need a special program?
No, on either count. If you are comfortable working with Word Processing programs such as Microsoft Word or Open Office then you will find our program easy to use. All you need to do in order to update the site is to open your web browser.

Q. What happens if I run into trouble?
We will help you. Just give us a call or send us an email!

Q. What are the costs of maintaining my website?  What costs can I expect?
All our hosting packages come with three months free hosting.  After the first three months, hosting costs £9.99 a month unless you are on a E-commerce package, which costs £12.99 a month.

Q. Can I use my own logo in the banner?
Yes you can upload your logo or send it to us and we will do it for us.

Q. Can I upload files and link to them (e.g. word or pdf files)? What about pictures?
Text documents in various formats as well as pictures can be uploaded and inserted in your website with ease.

Q. What if I want to move my website to another provider?
Our content management system and e-commerce system, all with any of the programmed features are all propriatary and can not be moved to another hosting provider.  However, the design and layout of your site can be moved to any hosting company.  There is a backup feature in your website's control panel that allows you to backup your site so you  move it somewhere else.

Q.  Do you plan to stay independent, how do we know you will still be around next year?
clickcreations has been around since 2002 and we've been running as a ruralwebsite ltd (a limited company) since 2005.  While we are lean in our approach, we take our commitment to our customers seriously.  Our business has been our sole income source sine 2004.   You can be assured that our business is first and foremost in our mind and we have no intention of being bought up by venture capitalists or consumed by a large hosting company.  Our commitment is entirely to our customers, who put the food on our tables!
